Weekly Photo Challenge: Oppurtunity

Pearl Monument looks better during nightfall...(photo taken last 7/5/2010) I passed by here various times during the day and I observed that this place looks entirely different.
Bahrain during weekends presents various opportunities for locals, expats, and visitors alike... (photo taken last 5/22/2009 at a rooftop building)
Kenji never misses an opportunity to have a cup of mango shake and a box of donuts during the festival...

Echinopsis subdenudata is a night-blooming cactus. I have to wake up at dawn to enjoy its fragrance and its full bloom; the large whilte flower wilts by 9 a.m.

    thanks for sharing these great shots. the yawn made me smile!
    i also have the same cactus (i think). it came without a label, but the blossom looks the same & it lasts for only a short time. this year mine bloomed twice!
